This notice explains what c3hq.org collects, why it is used, which service providers support the site and the choices available to you.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the public C3 website and its request-access form. Access to the C3 product is covered by the account privacy notice.
Who operates this website
Ihab Tarrafti, operating C3
C3 is a brand, not an incorporated entity. For this website, Ihab Tarrafti is the data controller and operates through establishments in mainland Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Morocco. You can contact the controller at team@c3hq.org.
Applicable privacy law
We process personal data under applicable privacy law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and Morocco Law No. 09-08, in each case only to the extent that law applies to the relevant processing. You may raise a complaint with the UAE Data Office or Morocco's CNDP, as applicable.
Moroccan filing. A relevant filing has been made with Morocco's Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à Caractère Personnel (CNDP). Its exact receipt or authorization reference is not currently published in this notice. This does not limit your right to contact or complain to the CNDP.
Information you provide
To submit a request, you must provide your name, work email, organization, the operating problem you want to discuss and your consent to this processing. The form cannot be submitted without those items. Your role and a description of the tools you use today are optional.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, personal identity documents, payment details or confidential operational records through this form.
Essential technical information
Cloudflare processes essential request, security and abuse-prevention information needed to deliver and protect this site. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals as the protected form loads and when you submit it, including a short-lived verification token.
We do not use browser analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or marketing cookies at launch.
How we use information
- To evaluate and respond to your request.
- To arrange a product conversation where appropriate.
- To protect the form and website from abuse.
- To keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations.
Submitting the form does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing list.
The form sends your submission only to the C3 team and does not send an automatic response to the address you provide. Any follow-up is written and sent manually by the team using your submitted work email.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides Turnstile verification. Resend delivers form messages to the C3 team mailbox. These providers process information only for the purposes needed to provide those services.
Retention
We retain access-request submissions and related correspondence for up to six months from submission or, if we correspond with you, from our last substantive interaction. We remove spam, duplicates and clearly abandoned requests within 90 days. If an enquiry becomes a contractual relationship, relevant records move to the retention schedule for that relationship. We retain specific records longer only where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, and then delete or anonymize them when that need ends. This schedule applies to form content and related message copies in systems under our control; automated delivery events and internal forwarding do not restart the clock.
Your choices
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or object to further contact, by emailing team@c3hq.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We make international transfers only where permitted by applicable law and use applicable contractual and technical safeguards.
Children
This public website and request-access form are intended for professional and organizational enquiries, not for children.
